The model 418 – short carriage-house panel, triple-layered, insulated garage door is a garage door with exceptional thermal insulation (R-Value) and sound barrier. This triple-layered garage door is made with polystyrene (foam) insulation sandwiched between two pieces of 27-gauge sheet metal. It is ideal for garages used all year round as a shop or living area, geographic areas with high or low-temperature ranges, or garages that have bedrooms directly above the garage.
